Q: I’ve forgotten my FOREX TRANSFER username & password.

A: No worries! If you’ve forgotten your username and passpord simply select the forgot my password/username option and answer the security questions. Your password will be emailed to you via the email address provided upon signing up.

Q: What modes Of Payment Do You Accept?

A: Currently, we only accept Interac e transfer payment method as well as visa and master card. As long as your transaction is being done before 6.00 pm EST on business days, it will be processed the same day. Otherwise, it will be processed the next day. It takes two business days for this process to complete.

Q: What is the e transfer limit?

A: It depends on your debit limit.

Q: Do visa and master cards have any online transfer limit?

A: Yes $1000.

Q: How Long Does It Take for My Beneficiary to Get the Money?

A: Your beneficiary will get the money in two business days after you send the transaction. Your exchange rate and service fee are locked. Once the funds are received in our account, which generally takes 1 business day, you will receive a confirmation that the funds are ready to be disbursed.

Q: What Is the Service Charge?

A: There will be $5 service charge if transfer limit is less than$300 and visa and master card will charge 1% fee.

Q: How Can I Track My Transaction?

A: You can easily track your transaction via our Track Transaction facility and enter the unique reference number.

The following are the status messages:

1. In Process - The transaction is being processed.
2. Transmitted to Payee Office - Your transaction has been accepted and is ready for disbursement.
3. Paid to Beneficiary - Your beneficiary has received the money.
